Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern the use of the EJK Consultancy Ltd website and the provision of professional IT consultancy services. By accessing our website or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Consultancy Services
EJK Consultancy Ltd provides Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, email migration, and Copilot AI advisory services. All engagements, scopes of work, fees, and deliverables are specified in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or assessment proposals agreed prior to commencement.
3. Free Online Tools and Calculators
We offer interactive tools such as the Migration Complexity Calculator on our website for informational and estimation purposes only. All cost ranges, complexity levels, timeline estimates, and observations generated by our online tools are indicative, non-binding estimates based on general UK migration benchmarks.
The output of online tools does not constitute a formal quote or Statement of Work. Final scope, timeline, and pricing are subject to a formal technical discovery and written proposal. Online tools are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
4. Payments and Cancellation
Assessment fees and project milestones are invoiced as agreed in your proposal. Standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing. Cancellations or rescheduling of agreed project start dates must be communicated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, documentation, custom Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint architectures developed specifically for a client become client property upon full payment of associated invoices. Pre-existing templates, frameworks, and website content remain the intellectual property of EJK Consultancy Ltd.
6. Limitation of Liability
While EJK Consultancy Ltd exercises all reasonable professional skill and care, we are not liable for business interruptions, third-party cloud outage events, or data loss caused by client administrative actions outside our direct control. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid under the applicable Statement of Work.\n
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
